Hey everyone, I just wanted everyone to know that the United States has broken the law. On March7th 2011 I was told that the weapon Eric S.Phillips stole from the United States Naval Defense Department was listed by the United States Military has a (WMD) I even told the Commander of the (NCIS-RA) that the weapon I was reporting was a Naval Military Microwave Auditory Weapon. The Commander of the (NCIS-RA) told me he knew what type of weapon I was talking about. But the Military has it listed as a (WMD).

So base on what a Navy Commander told me on March7th 2011.The united States is at fault for not remembering Chapter 43-PREVENTING WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION PROLIFERATION AND TERROR
