Dear U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Policy and Review,

I am herewith filing for a Petition to Disclose,

March 7^th , 2011 I turned in a man that stole military weapons from the United States Naval Defense Department in Pensacola Florida.

The Naval Criminal Investigation Service told me that the weapon (Eric S Phillips) stole from the Submarine Naval Base in Pensacola Florida is a (WMD)

Mr. Eric S. Phillips stole

Naval computer microwave military chips

Naval Military ionizing microwave transmitting auditory (WMD)

Age 40

Hair-bald

This man stole a (WMD) weapon from the naval defense department in Pensacola Florida.

 I want all my complaints to the FBI , NCIS-RA, JTTF-FBI-RA and request to  have all my complaints I have filed sense 2005-2011I I want to know if the charges I have filed on Eric S Phillips with the JTTF-FBI-RA and to NCIS-RA are being taken seriously.

I think I deserve a copy of my complaints because I am the victim in this situation. So if you can help me please do. I would like to have clearance to see all the complaints that I have filed.  Dear People.

I just got out of the hospital from having problems with my heart and breathing. This was from                October 3, 2011 to October 7, 2011.

I am waiting to get all my medical records from this time in the hospital. I am sorry I have not sent them with this letterform.

I will send you all copies of the reports. That shows the weapon that Eric S Phillips stole from the United States Naval Defense Department.

Is affecting my heart, my lungs, my central reverse system …..

I have been reporting this man action toward me and other American Citizens for over seven to eight years now.

I can prove all that I am saying. I need a Agency to see what is happening to me and know it can be happening to others.

The Birmingham FBI sent me out to find victims like myself here around me . And I have done so. This has to be stopped Eric S. Phillips must be taken in.
